Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, grated
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix together well.
Form into small balls.
Brown, simmer 40 minutes. Remove balls; mix water and flour for gravy and add to meat drippings.
Cook to desired thickness.
Put balls in gravy; keep warm until serving.
