Pearl'S Trifle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 large bananas
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lb. sliced strawberries or raspberries
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 large pkg. sandwich cookies
a few slivered almonds
2 medium jelly rolls, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Set aside.
Drain pineapple and save juice.
Slice bananas into pineapple juice, set aside.
Add vanilla pudding and milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly, until mixture thickens. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and crushed pineapple.
Blend well, but do not beat.
Crush cookies in blender.
