Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 (8 oz.) water
    2 (8 oz.) tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon or 3 cubes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 c. macaroni
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine sausage, green pepper, onion and brown.
    Drain off grease.
    Stir in all ingredients, except macaroni and cook for 15 minutes.
    Add macaroni and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
    Put in serving bowls and top with cheese.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
