Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 cans consomme
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Stir well to blend.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
