Mile High Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries or raspberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (graham cracker or plain)
Preparation
    Place partially thawed strawberries or raspberries, sugar, egg whites, salt and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
    Beat 15 minutes until mixture holds shape.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Put lightly into prebaked pie shell (only prebake if a plain shell).
    Freeze 2 hours or overnight.
