Peas And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. butter or margarine (melted)
    1/4 c. long-grain rice, (uncooked)
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and parsley in melted butter in a large skillet until tender. Add rice, and saute 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add water; bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
