Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs thoroughly.
    Blend flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Shape dough in 1-inch balls.
    Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
