Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Cook chicken; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pull chicken off bones.
    Add salt to flour and mix.
    Cut shortening into flour well.
    Add hot water to flour mixture and mix well.
    Roll out on board and cut into 1-inch squares (thin).
    Drop squares into broth and bouillon and cook at slow boil for 10 minutes.
