Impossible Seafood Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat/shrimp
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
4 eggs
dash of nutmeg
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Mix crabmeat/shrimp, cheeses and onions in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute beating by hand.
Pour into pie plate and bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
