Crisp Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda.
    Cut in shortening. Beat eggs with sugar and lemon flavoring; add to flour mixture. Roll out; cut with cookie cutter.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 8 minutes.
