Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt until frothy.
    Add sugar replacement, beating until mixture is stiff; fold into the peanut butter.
    Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
