Mud Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 c. milk
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding
1 large Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Preparation

Cream together cheese, sugar and butter.
Set aside.
Mix milk and pudding; blend with cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip and layer with crumbled cookies.
Chill.
