Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine soup and sour cream, stir in carrots.
    Fold in squash and onions.
    Combine stuffing mix and butter.
    Spread half of stuffing mix on bottom of 8 x 12 baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture on top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
