Beans Chickotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken legs (about 2 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans with tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen succotash
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    In skillet, slowly brown chicken in margarine (about 25 minutes).
    Remove chicken; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Top with chicken.
    Cover; cook over low 20 minutes more or until done. Stir occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
