Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
oleo
1 small onion, diced
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices white bread
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, in saucepot, cook spaghetti as label directs, drain and return to saucepot.
Meanwhile, over medium heat, in a 2-quart saucepan in oleo, cook onion until tender.
Stir in flour until blended.
Gradually stir in milk, mushrooms with their liquid, bouillon and salt.
Cook, stirring until mixture is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Tear bread into crumbs.
Add to 3 tablespoons melted oleo.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Add sauce mixture and turkey to spaghetti.
Spoon into 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
