Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. peeled and chopped apples
Preparation

Sift flour and next six ingredients.
Cream butter in bowl and beat in sugar until well blended.
Add beaten eggs, apples and sifted ingredients.
Stir enough to blend.
Pour into greased mold or 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
