Apple Spice Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 C flour
1 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 C toasted, chopped walnuts
1/2 C dark raisins
2 eggs
1/2 C warmed half and half
1/2 C melted butter
2 tsp pure vanilla
1/2 C applesauce
1/2 C cubed apples

Preparation

Mix together first 8 ingredients and set aside.
