Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. slivered raw chicken
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. dry rice
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute chicken in oil until lightly browned.
    Add mushrooms, onion and rice.
    Saute, stirring until rice is lightly browned. Add broth and salt.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings, each less than 350 calories.
