Overnight Buns(Start About 4 P.M.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope yeast
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
8 c. flour
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water and add 2 teaspoons sugar. Mix with rest of ingredients and knead.
Let rise and knead it again.
Grease pans and make buns with room on all sides.
After buns are in pan, flatten with palm of hand.
Leave overnight, covered with paper toweling.
