Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat egg.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Pour into muffin tins with baking cups inserted. Fill cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
