Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 large apples
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 double pie crust
Preparation

Peel and grate or slice apples.
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; pour over apples in bowl and stir.
Pour this mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
Top with a second crust or a lattice crust.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
