Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    1 chilled, unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and cornmeal in a bowl and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
    Pour into chilled, unbaked deep-dish pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
