Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small can pimiento, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Drain kraut thoroughly.
Add celery, pimiento and green peppers.
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar.
Pour over vegetable mixture.
Refrigerate in tightly covered container overnight before serving.
Keeps in refrigerator several days.
