Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. pears
    5 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Weigh 7 pounds pears.
    Grind pears with coarse chopper blade. Add sugar and cook until pears are clear and thick.
    Add 1 large can of crushed pineapple and cook 15 minutes or until thick.
    Seal while hot.
