Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    6 large green tomatoes
    6 red bell peppers
    6 green bell peppers
    4 large onions
    1 large head cabbage
    hot pepper to taste
    6 tsp. sugar
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 qt. pure apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Grind veggies with coarse blade.
    Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.
    Drain off juice and cover with mixture of sugar, celery seed, prepared mustard and vinegar.
    Mix all together and put in jars; seal.
