Caramel Nut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 caramels, unwrapped (14 oz. pkg.)
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler or barely simmering water or microwave.
    Stir.
