Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 slices tomato
    4 slices onion
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Put a slice of tomato on each pork chop.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put a slice of onion on top of the tomato and dot with butter.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Gravy may be made from the pan drippings.
