Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket, trimmed
    2 pkg. beef marinade
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix the beef marinade with about 1/2 quart of water (you may want more) and pour over brisket.
    Cook for 3 to 4 hours, or until brisket is tender.
    When done, drain juice and let cool.
    Slice meat and layer in electric skillet (or something you can put back in oven, if you prefer).
    Pour barbecue sauce over; let simmer about 30 minutes.
    Makes delicious sandwiches.
