French Fried Chicken Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and set aside.
    Combine egg, flour and milk, stirring until smooth.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture. Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry chicken in 1-inch hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towel.
    Yields about 3 dozen.
