Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    oregano to taste
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    pepperoni
Preparation
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Slice potatoes; add salt and pepper.
    Heat and bring to boiling; boil 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add crushed tomatoes, water and oregano; dot with oleo.
    Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Place sliced pepperoni over cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
