Alices Cheesy Veg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers or any cheese crackers
    butter
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Combine vegetables, chestnuts, mayo and cream of mushroom soup.
    Put in greased casserole, top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter (about 2 Tbsp.), and top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
