Chicken In Wine(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 breasts, split
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small jar pimientos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Sauterne
    1/2 c. unblanched slivered almonds
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in flat baking dish.
    Combine flour and 1/4 cup sour cream.
    Blend until smooth; add remaining sour cream, salt, soup and wine.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with almonds, pimientos and paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
