Pam'S Stuffed Peppers(Serves 3) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large green peppers
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper (if desired)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut stem ends from peppers; remove seeds and cut peppers in half.
    Cook peppers in a small amount of water; cover.
    Cook in microwave oven on High power for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and water.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Pour tomato sauce over mixture in peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
