Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (large fryer)
    3 c. potatoes
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. English peas
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook chicken, debone and reserve broth.
    Cut chicken in approximately 1-inch pieces.
    Put in large pan the potatoes, carrots, onions, peas and celery; cook until tender.
    Add 1 to 2 cups of broth and mix with cornstarch.
    Mix vegetables and 3 cups of cooked chicken.
    Pour broth, etc., over all and put in large baking dish.
    With mixture hot and bubbling, put biscuits on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are done and browned.
