Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Measure and mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, oil, pineapple with juice and bananas.
Stir to blend; do not beat.
Pour into 9-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
