Honey Walnut Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
3 cored, unpeeled red or yellow apples, chopped
1 c. seedless grapes
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend honey and mayonnaise until smooth. Toss remaining ingredients with lemon juice. Stir in honey mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 7 cups.
