Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped into bite size pieces
1 3/4 c. broth
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. carrots
1 c. potatoes
1 c. peas (English)
Preparation

Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cook diced potatoes and carrots until tender.
Drain and add along with peas, covering the chicken pieces.
Pour soup over all.
Mix melted oleo, flour and milk together.
Pour over soup and spread evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
