Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
2 sticks melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Mix 1 cup cornmeal, 1 heaping tablespoonful of flour, a little baking powder, salt to taste and a little grease.
Add enough hot water to make soft mix.
Have griddle hot and pour batter onto hot griddle.
Turn over with spatula when brown on bottom.
