Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; heat until boiling.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
