Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    chopped nuts, if desired
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute exactly.
    Add chocolate chips.
    Stir and cool until right consistency to spread. Add chopped nuts if desired.
    Frost cake or cookies while warm.
