Homemade Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 lb. lean beef
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick meat cure
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into 2 rolls, then wrap meat in foil.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Punch holes in the bottom of the rolls with a fork.
    Place the rolls on a rack in a baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
