Hot Pepper Jelly(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped fine (in blender until smooth) hot peppers *
    5 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 bottle Certo or Sure-Jell
    5 or 6 drops food coloring if needed (according to color of peppers)
Preparation
    *Sweet or green peppers may also be used.
