Ingredients

1 lean flank steak (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation

Mix sauce well and pour over thin sliced beef.
Let marinate at least 4 hours.
Place strips on wire rack over cookie sheet. Bake at 150\u00b0 for 11 to 12 hours.
Blot excess grease.
Store in container with a lid at room temperature.
