Mushroom Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. bacon and ham
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 large tomato
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese
    6 large mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs and egg white until creamy.
    Add milk and cream. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
    Stir in meats and cheese.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Add mushrooms; layer tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then for 10 additional minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (You can also add 1/4 cup sauteed onions for more flavor.)
    Serves 8.
