Honey Coconut Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Boil together sugar, honey and water until syrup spins a thread.
    Slowly pour syrup over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating continuously.
    Beat until mixture holds in shape.
    Blend in extract and coconut.
    Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper or spread in a buttered 9-inch square pan; cool and cut into squares.
