Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips 1/8-inch thick.
    Soak meat in mixture of ingredients for 6 hours. Dry in oven or on stovetop until crisp.
