Shrimp And Okra Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. canola oil
2 lb. frozen okra, chopped or sliced
1 c. green onions with tops, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
8 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp. Spike seasoning
2 qt. chicken stock
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in small chunks
1 to 2 lb. small cocktail shrimp
1 lb. white chicken meat, cut in small chunks and browned
Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown okra until tender (about 10 minutes).
Add onions and tomatoes to mix.
Cook until onions are translucent.
Put all remaining ingredients in large pot along with mixture in skillet.
Bring to boil, then simmer for about 45 minutes.
