Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 large lemon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add lemon juice and beaten egg yolks; mix.
    Stir in flour and milk.
    Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for first 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until set as custard, about 45 minutes.
