Baked Plum Tomatoes With Linguini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 plum ripe tomatoes
    olive oil
    fresh garlic
    basil
    salt
    pepper
    oregano (optional)
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch glass Pyrex dish, pour a layer of olive oil. Cut up about 10 plum ripe tomatoes in halves.
    Sprinkle on top lots of fresh garlic, salt and pepper, basil or spice and oregano (optional).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until the tomatoes get a little soft or to the consistency you like (approximately 35 minutes). It doesn't look like tomato sauce.
    Cook up linguini and add to the Pyrex dish that the tomatoes are in.
    Toss and serve.
