Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen egg noodles
    2 c. cooked, diced turkey
    2 oz. chopped pimiento
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs (seasoned)
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Combine soup, milk, water and cheese and heat to boiling, stirring.
    Combine first 8 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
